Ms. Shubhi Pandey is a Gold Medalist in LLM (Environment & Natural Resource Law) from TERI School of Advanced Studies, New Delhi, where she ranked first in her batch of 2024–25 — a distinction that reflects not only her academic brilliance but her passionate commitment to environmental justice.
A B.B.A. LL.B. graduate of Symbiosis Law School (SIU), Shubhi brings a rare blend of corporate law foundations and deep environmental specialisation. She has appeared and conducted research before the Supreme Court of India, the National Green Tribunal (NGT), and the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and has worked with the UP Department of Environment, Forest & Climate Change — where she assisted in securing clearances from the Supreme Court, NGT, and the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India.
Shubhi has represented India at the UNFCCC COP 29 in Baku, Azerbaijan (2024), participated in the Summer School on Climate Justice & Law, and holds an ESG certification from The Nature's Eye. Her published research on outer space law and UN essay competition recognition reflect the breadth of her intellectual engagement. At Earthwise Bharat, she leads environmental compliance advisory, regulatory strategy, and ESG governance frameworks — bridging law, policy, and sustainable practice.
Advocate Gurmehar Singh is a seasoned legal professional with a sharp focus on banking, finance, insolvency, and corporate compliance — disciplines that sit at the heart of India's sustainable transition. He holds an LLM from TERI School of Advanced Studies (2025) and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School (2022), and brings extensive courtroom experience having appeared in over 50 matters before the DRT, NCLT, and the Delhi High Court.
